Haus is a completely new way to own a home. We’re on a mission to bring affordability and flexibility to homeownership with our co-investing model. We’re not a bank or a lender. Instead, we invest with homeowners in their property and share the cost of ownership. Homeowners who partner with us get significantly reduced monthly house payments, plus real-time access to their equity, and in exchange, they share some of the home's appreciation whenever they decide to sell.

How the affiliate program works:

1. Sign up - fill out an application and get approved to partner with us

2. Implement ads - display our banners and links on your website

3. Earn $25 for each application submitted

4. Get $475 when customers referred from your site complete a deal with Haus

Why Haus??

We’re passionate about making home ownership more accessible for people who want to own, but can’t afford to otherwise. The options for financing a home have been limited for a long time—pay cash or get a mortgage—and we need your help to get the word out that consumers now have another option. We value our affiliates for this reason and want to build long-lasting relationships that benefit each partner.

We’re launching an affiliate program to build brand awareness for Haus and increase qualified traffic to the site. Our goal is to identify existing homeowners who want a more cost-effective option for ownership, with access to their equity now and lower monthly payments. We also want to increase visibility to new home-owning alternatives. There are new choices emerging, and we want to let people know they have another option to consider when it comes to financing their home.

Haus is currently live for homeowners across California, Washington and Oregon with new locations coming soon.

Affiliate partners will receive $25 for each application submitted and another $475 when the deal is closed.
